For any of you gentlemen that regular the gym, you will agree having a plan for your workout is a necessity.  If you are not planning your day, your week, your goals, perhaps it is time to start.

After years of notepads, apps and gym journals, I have found a journal that meets my requirements… and it is surprisingly low-tech!

Fumbling with your phone through today’s apps is not for everyone and I have yet to find an app that can natively meet the same requirements as a good old pen to paper journal.
